Mexico, D.F., July 27th, 2009. - NIC Mexico (Network Information Center Mexico), the organization responsible of managing the .MX domain names, announces that the Pre-Registration period of the Reopening Process of domain name registration directly under .MX will come to end on July 31st. With this, current domain name holders of domain names under the different .MX classifications (.COM.MX, .ORG.MX, .EDU.MX, .NET.MX, .GOB.MX) will no longer have any privileges to register their correspondent domain name directly under .MX through any of the 180 accredited registrars

This compensation applies to registrations directly under .MX, completed in July 2009.
